I have booked the black honda once from Noor and the experience was great. She was extremely helpful. I decided to book the same car again, but I was told the day before that the previous borrower couldn’t return the car in time for me to use, so Noor arranged this hyundai to me instead. I understand that this is something out of her control, so I do not blame her. The car was clean when I picked it up which I really appreciated. However, my overall experience with this car wasn’t great. Firstly, it was smaller than what I originally booked. Secondly, it was really difficult to look at the road and other vehicles. The windows are tinted, making it extremely hard to see especially at night. I felt really unsafe during my drive. Lastly, there was an issue while refueling petrol. Since it was full tank when I picked it up, I needed to return it at full tank too, and the closest petrol station to the return location was Eg Ampol. I was initially rejected to refuel as apparently there was a previous run off of about $120. I told the staff it wasn’t my car, and luckily she was nice enough to authorize my refuel.

Thanks for your feedback. The Veloster provided was a higher-value vehicle than the Honda booked, at no extra cost, and its tint is fully legal in Australia. The fuel station issue was caused by a previous borrower, not us. We had also previously waived your extra mileage and missing fuel. This time, the car was again returned short on fuel and around 125 km over the allowance without notice. We find this irresponsible and, frankly, very ungrateful.
