The car itself was great. However, I wasn’t aware that the driver’s offer to drop me at a location where it would be easier to get an Uber would be treated as a chargeable service. No cost was mentioned or agreed to in advance, and this later resulted in an unexpectedly escalated invoice issue. I would not have minded contributing to reasonable transportation costs, but I would have appreciated being clearly informed beforehand that there would be a charge.
