Thank you for bringing my attention to this and apologise you experienced this, a testament to the shocking lack of support from Turo regards people's behaviour and damage, refusing to support the poor car owner when people refuse to clean their mess. Of course it will be remedied at my cost. This isnt a reflection on you Gordon, you were exceptional, thank you.

Clean and tidy car but needs some mechanical attention.
Hi, thanks for the feedback. The battery is brand new, we later tested and found no issue, qe suspect you may have left a light on causing to go flat, and there is no engine noise, there is a rattle at idle off the plates underneath that have been like that for a couple of years, that and it is diesel!? I note you indicated inconvenience in the location too, where I actually collected you from the arrivals door, offered to assist when the airline lost your baby seats too, so a little confused.
