He was fantastic to deal with throughout—friendly, approachable, and highly professional. Had an amazing experience with this Mercedes. It is clear the owner takes good care of it and it's customers. I came the the car being provided with bottles of water and scented items. Kenny was kind of enough to quickly explain where all the controls were and throughout the communication was strong and positive. The car has an amazing pull which makes it a fun and rewarding driving experience as well as the interior aesthetic lighting and heating features. Interior lighting is also changeable. I would highly recommend Kenny and team for future services. They were attentive to my special requests and most importantly professional and I plan on using them again in future. Thank you Kenny.

It was a lovely car, great communication with the owner, consumed less fuel than we expected. Interior and software is dated but we would definitely rent again.

The car was perfect for our day trip and the host was very friendly and helpful. No complaints and will rent again in the future.

Car delivered clean and in good condition inside and out. Drives well. I had a faff with connecting Apple CarOlay (eventually via CarPlay WiFi) and couldn’t get CarPlay audio to work (no calls etc) though radio did. Owner sent instructions but I wasn’t able to try them out.
