What could’ve been a one star review turned into a five star review, here’s why. There was a miscommunication between the delivery driver and the owner that left us waiting over an hour and ultimately having to take a taxi to meet the car — not ideal when you have somewhere to be. We were stressed and running late to our event. But here’s the thing: things happen. What separates a good company from a bad one is how they handle it. The owner was incredibly apologetic, stayed communicative throughout, and made it right — he comped us for the day and arranged to pick the car up directly from our house so we didn’t have to lift a finger on the return. As a mom of two babies, this was huge. The car itself was excellent, and once we got on the road, everything was smooth. We still had a great day and ended up only about 30 minutes late. Customer service like this is rare. I’d absolutely rent from RK Cars again without hesitation.
