Great service, very accommodating, they took a last minute booking from me as a previous host cancelled a reservation the day before our journey and eased the stress and made this booking stress free with the remote options. Nice vehicle, nice drive, you can tell a lot of thought, time has gone into the process as they even provide detailed information about how to use the vehicle for those who made not be familiar with cars. The only small criticism i have is the vehicle wasn’t completely clean show room ready would be nice to have a refreshing air freshener smell but besides this it was good for the last minute booking great experience, I would book again if required. Thank you.

The communications was very prompt and helpful. It was a shame the brake pads need replaced and was bumpy when braking. There were also a number of warning lights - radar sensors dirty, key needs new battery, water needs topped up, add oil and next stop. These all came up on a regular basis.

Car quality was amazing. Host was attentive at all times. Smooth pickup and drop off of the car. Car drive smooth. Host was very helpful when needing to booking for extra days during my booking. Would definitely recommend booking with Romeo.
