This was my first time using Turo and having looked at reviews online I was a bit apprehensive about using the service. However, Simon was amazing from the very begining all the way until I handed the keys back.
He was incredibly helpful, answered every question I had and made the whole process effortless. The car itself was wonderful, spotlessly clean and exactly as described. It drove perfectly throughout my trip to Salisbury and Bath.
Simon made what could have been a stressful first experience into an excellent one. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again and if you’re considering renting one of his cars…i can wholeheartedly recommend him.
