This Mercedes-Benz was the perfect vehicle for our trip—comfortable, spacious, and smooth to drive. The car was spotless and well-maintained, with more than enough room for our luggage and family. What really stood out was the host’s outstanding service—he went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure everything ran smoothly. Pick-up and return were hassle-free, and communication was excellent from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend this experience to others.

The Mercedes has really nice. It drove well and has been maintained great. The hosts were wonderful. Getting the car was easy at Heathrow and we ever were able to return the car in a different place to save us time. Next time I’m in London, I would rent from them again.

Car quality was exceptional. Sam was a timely, clear communicator and was flexible when we changed our pick up location due to a tube strike. When we picked up the vehicle, Rik made sure all of our questions were answered before we left. Upon returning the vehicle, Sam met us near the airport and dropped us off at our terminal. End to end a fantastic experience.
