The car was absolutely beautiful, spotless and the perfect choice for a wedding. It was also such a smooth and comfortable ride, making the journey feel even more special. Mustafizur was so very pleasant and easy to communicate with, even throughout our trip. His car is beautiful, so comfortable, even for 3 adults, and the navigation was excellent. No way we could have driven without it. Our trip was 1500 miles to Scotland, Wales, and back to London. Wonderful gas mileage and pickup and drop off so convenient! Do not hesitate to rent this car!

Fantastic experience! Rented the Audi TT Coupé from Max and absolutely loved it. Beautiful, clean and very well-maintained car, and a real pleasure to drive. The car was in great condition and worked well for our trip. Communication was generally good, although a few messages required a follow-up, none of which were time-sensitive or impacted the trip. Return instructions could have been clearer, particularly regarding an airport parking fee that was not disclosed to us. Turo ultimately refunded the fee because it did not meet their disclosure requirements. I’m sure Massi has since clarified the instructions for future renters, and I’d recommend confirming any parking fees in advance and asking whether a no-fee return option is available, if preferred.
The booking process was very easy and on our arrival post a long flight the car collection was very easy. We had great communication with Aaron the whole time. Which made the over also very strait forward. During our rental the car performed as you would expect and with no issues. When we come back to the UK we will book with Aaron again. Thank you.
Pick up from Heathrow was fairly straight forward! We took the bus to the short stay car park where we picked up the car. The owner showed us a few things and sent us on our way. The car itself was perfect for a long weekend in the Cotswolds! Coordinating drop off was easy as well. I’d rent this car again next time!

The pickup and return of the car were very smooth and hassle-free. Communication was great throughout the trip, and Kelvin was very helpful and supportive whenever we needed anything. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend renting from Kelvin!
