Dealing with Jane was a seamless experience from start to finish. She was responsive, punctual and made pickup and return completely hassle-free. Mustafizur was so very pleasant and easy to communicate with, even throughout our trip. His car is beautiful, so comfortable, even for 3 adults, and the navigation was excellent. No way we could have driven without it. Our trip was 1500 miles to Scotland, Wales, and back to London. Wonderful gas mileage and pickup and drop off so convenient! Do not hesitate to rent this car!

Great little car, still plenty of space in the boot and it drives perfectly, it’s a little noisier than some larger cars at high speed, but nothing unexpected! The communication and customer service was excellent, will certainly hire again!
