Excellent experience from start to finish! The car was spotless, well-maintained, and had no issues at all. Communication was outstanding—I could reach the host anytime and always received a quick, friendly response. They were also very accommodating and allowed me to return the car at my preferred location, which made my trip much easier. Professional, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire rental. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time using Turo and having looked at reviews online I was a bit apprehensive about using the service. However, Simon was amazing from the very begining all the way until I handed the keys back. He was incredibly helpful, answered every question I had and made the whole process effortless. The car itself was wonderful, spotlessly clean and exactly as described. It drove perfectly throughout my trip to Salisbury and Bath. Simon made what could have been a stressful first experience into an excellent one. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again and if you’re considering renting one of his cars…i can wholeheartedly recommend him. Thank you again Simon!

What an amazing host! He made the experience as painless as possible while providing excellent guidance as a renter coming from outside the UK. Car treated us well. There was a very small amount of previous/preexisting damage but it didn't impact the cars usage whatsoever. Perfect size car for the UK, especially to take out into the country like we did. Above all else, great host who I would highly recommend and hope to get to rent from again!

This rental trip was excellent. No issues with the vehicle. Other than some minor grunts and groans as would be expected for a car of this age, it didn't miss a beat over a lengthy 3 week trip. Generous mileage allowance. The aircon did struggle a bit in the summer heatwave! Friendly, no fuss host. Pickup/drop off location is relatively close to Heathrow which suited us too. All in all a great experience- thanks !

The car was excellent, clean and in great shape!! Pranav was a superb host, quick communication when needed!! Last minute we realized we had selected the wrong airport for pickup and Pranav was flexible and adjusted the pickup and drop off location. Most Turo hosts I’ve worked with were purely transactional with an added bit of worry or nickel and diming for added cleaning fees…not Pranav!!! Truly a one of. A kind host and experience. 11/10 would recommend to anyone who will be booking in the area. Ended up chatting with Pranav after the trip and we were on the phone for 2 hours just chatting it up about life. Never before would I have thought to call a host here a friend but Pranav changed that. He provided wonderful customer service and professionalism. I can’t thank him enough for this experience and look forward to booking again next time I am in the area!! If you are considering booking through Pranav the choice should be easy!!!

I had a great experience renting this Audi A3. The host was extremely helpful and went above and beyond by delivering the car to the airport for pickup and meeting us at our home for the return, which made the entire process so convenient. The car was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. It came with a 1,500 mile allowance, had fuel in the tank upon pickup, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle free experience. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to others!
