Great affordable car for a weekend away. Taneesh and his father were very kind and easy to deal with, Taneesh made sure the ac was fixed before our trip which I was very grateful for with it being so hot! The car struggled a bit with hills and makes some slightly concerning ‘clunking’ noises at times, but otherwise ran smoothly and is really fuel efficient!

Great overall experience and the car drove really well. The only small thing was that the fuel level was quite low at pickup, so we topped it up shortly after collecting the car. Otherwise, everything was smooth and we’d happily rent again.

To prepare for Greater London's varied weather, equip your vehicle with all-season tyres for optimal performance year-round. In autumn and winter, be prepared for rain and occasional frost by ensuring your windscreen wipers are in good condition and your vehicle has sufficient antifreeze. Fog can occur in any season, so familiarise yourself with fog light operations. During summer heatwaves, check your vehicle's cooling system and carry water for yourself and the car. Always keep a de-icer and scraper handy for frosty mornings. Adjust your driving style to suit the conditions – reduce speed in rain or fog, and increase following distances. Regularly check weather forecasts before setting out from Greenford to anticipate any challenging conditions you might encounter on your journey.

Navigating Greenford's suburban roads differs significantly from central London's bustling streets. Greenford generally offers wider lanes and less congestion, allowing for more relaxed driving. In contrast, central London presents a more challenging environment with narrow lanes, one-way systems, and a higher volume of traffic, including many cyclists and pedestrians. London's streets also feature more bus lanes and complex junctions. While Greenford may have occasional rush hour traffic, central London experiences consistent congestion throughout the day. Additionally, central London has the Congestion Charge zone and stricter parking regulations. Always plan your route in advance, especially when transitioning from Greenford's suburban setting to London's urban core.

If you're not accustomed to driving on the left, practise in quieter areas of Greenford before hitting major roads.
