Pranav is an amazing host! He made the pickup and drop off process completely seamless. His car was in perfect condition, the drive was incredibly smooth, and I had no issues throughout the trip. Communication was quick, clear, and effortless from start to finish. He even left two bottles of water for me at the start of the trip, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
