Great experience from start to finish! The car was clean, well-maintained and exactly as described. The host was friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend and happily book again!

Communication - extensive AI-generated chatter which I found quite overbearing, both on Turo and Whatsapp, which felt intrusive and not in keeping with Turo’s guidelines
Car quality - oil light on, which I was advised about. The car has done over 270,000 miles which worried me - it’s obviously been looked after to go that far but I was very concerned about breaking down on the motorway as a result of the mileage. I didn’t feel the safety and peace of mind I have with other Turo trips

I had a pleasant dialogue with James & his final text on returning the car was "All great-many thanks". However, when I inspected the car I discovered the tank was not full as it was on collection & told him I'd need the cost covered where upon he became very threatening & abusive towards me. This resulted in him review bombing my car because of him being charged for the missing petrol via Turo. As guests who have booked my car know I always do my best hence the many 5 star reviews I've received
