Mustafizur was so very pleasant and easy to communicate with, even throughout our trip. His car is beautiful, so comfortable, even for 3 adults, and the navigation was excellent. No way we could have driven without it. Our trip was 1500 miles to Scotland, Wales, and back to London. Wonderful gas mileage and pickup and drop off so convenient! Do not hesitate to rent this car!

Pick up from Heathrow was fairly straight forward! We took the bus to the short stay car park where we picked up the car. The owner showed us a few things and sent us on our way. The car itself was perfect for a long weekend in the Cotswolds! Coordinating drop off was easy as well. I’d rent this car again next time!

The car was in great condition and worked well for our trip. Communication was generally good, although a few messages required a follow-up, none of which were time-sensitive or impacted the trip. Return instructions could have been clearer, particularly regarding an airport parking fee that was not disclosed to us. Turo ultimately refunded the fee because it did not meet their disclosure requirements. I’m sure Massi has since clarified the instructions for future renters, and I’d recommend confirming any parking fees in advance and asking whether a no-fee return option is available, if preferred.
