Jim was wonderful. So helpful in getting car to us in busy London and picking up in Heathrow. We appreciated all the text and calls to coordinate pickups. Jim also makes sure car was safe and had new tires put out tge day we left for Cornwall. Car was fyb to drive and very clean.
