The car is registered to automaticly pay for London congestion charge £15 and Dartford Tunnel charge £2.50. I will bill you through Turo at the end of the month when i receive my statement.
What fuel do this car take?
Regular DIESEL
Will I get charged for driving in London Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) as the car is Diesel?
No Charge. Its free as this car is exempt from ULEZ charge
How much fuel will the car have at the start of my trip?
You are provided with a full tank of Diesel and you return it with a full tank of Diesel
Can I extend my booking for longer?
Yes you can extend for as long as you like via the Turo app as long as the car is available.
What happens if I dont re fuel the when I return?
Its not a problem. I will fill it back to full and raise and invoice through the Turo App. The receipt will be attached. You will incur a £10 refeuling fee on top.

Loved the ride! Valerie and Dexter co-ordinated the pick up of the car really well and went the extra mile to drop the car in the requested location closer to me. Dexter helped and supported the call for any queries. Coming to the car, the interiors are really clean and well maintained. The Android auto worked like a charm. The drive is super smooth and the car is giving almost 60+ mpg mileage. I drove it for almost 1700 plus miles and I didn't get the slightest of hiccups during the rides. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the car and Valerie/ Dexter. Thank you guys for making the ride smooth for me. I'll be coming back for seconds for sure 😁.

I love the team that is Valerie and Dexter! Having to coordinate and UK road trip and drive for the first time in the UK was a big task for me (driving on diff sides). V was superb with giving me fast responses to any of my questions and inquires. Dexter was a joy and was always there with any questions that I had regarding the technical side of things. Giving me a lot of reassurance! I felt like they were my two guardians making sure I had a smooth road trip! The Apple Car Play helped a lot, which was a great feature of this car!
