We rented what we thought was a “premium” vehicle from Karan. The photos were a complete and utter misrepresentation of the car we would be given. It had a broken wing mirror, a faulty boot, filthy worn seats. Our original booking was for 3 weeks and we were so disappointed with what we had received, we returned the car 24 hours after. Still waiting on refund from him despite the car being back in his possession for nearly 3 weeks. Would not recommend.

This Mercedes-Benz was the perfect vehicle for our trip—comfortable, spacious, and smooth to drive. The car was spotless and well-maintained, with more than enough room for our luggage and family. What really stood out was the host’s outstanding service—he went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure everything ran smoothly. Pick-up and return were hassle-free, and communication was excellent from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend this experience to others.

The car was perfect for us. 4 adults with 4 large suitcases and other smaller bags travelling throughout Britain. It was amazing on highways and A roads - obviously a big car for B roads but we managed well with no fuss.
Karan was a wonderful host - changing his plans at the last minute for us due to the Heathrow Airport fire.
The car is very efficient for a large diesel and so so smooth to drive. The car is 10yrs old so it has some cosmetic wear but I would thoroughly recommend it if you need the space. We didn't use the third row of seats which meant the boot was huge. Thanks so much Karan. You and the carv were excellent.
