Daniel was great and responsive to all my questions. I’ve had friends use Turo but it was my first time and a practically perfect experience thanks to him. Test driving a Tesla isn’t comparable to actually living with it for a few days. The opportunity gave me a greater understanding of my own driving style/habits and what I want & enjoy most in driving. It’s a weird little thing, but I appreciated most that there was a puffs tissue box in the front console and quick app access. It gave me time to be leisurely with the learning curve. The only thing (which has nothing to do with Daniel) is that I got rushed at pickup and drop off of the car. So doing the precheck sign in through the turo app with multiple pictures slipped my mind. I highly suggest you don’t let them make you feel rushed to leave until you finish doing the pre & post check. If you’ll be in San Francisco, the best charging stations were the ones in presidio and a quick top off in Serramonte before returning it to the park n fly and our flight from SFO. I can’t wait to come back and rent this again ^.^ it really made our trip more fun & completely worth finding better places to park around the city.

This was a five star experience for me and my family! This was the best car rental experience in my life! We originally had an suv reserved with Dollar and my wife checked the prices with Turo and said let’s give it a shot. I was hesitant never trying Turo before and knowing we were traveling across the country with 5 kids and needed reliable transportation. The vehicle was great, the customer service excellent, and the price much better than Dollar with zero hassles and no deposit required.

What an amazing car. Took it for a small trip to Yountville and back to San Francisco. Handled everything easy no problems. Excellent communication from the owner from get go. Will rent this same car again in future

Eric was the best Turo host I’ve had so far. This was our overall best experience that we’ve had with Turo since we signed up for the app a few years ago. We will definitely rent from him again when we are back in San Francisco. If I could give more stars I would.

The SUV was perfect for my trip to Tahoe with my daughter. It was very clean inside and have the ski rack was great for our snowboards. We packed a lot and were able to fit everything in the vehicle. Would definitely rent again for another snowboarding trip next season.

Alejandro was fantastic to work with. He’s very responsive and easy to talk to. My wife and I needed a car to take to Portland on a road trip and we love how all the new Volvo’s look, so we wanted to rent one to see if we’d like it. After driving Alejandro’s XC60 over the past 6 days, I can definitely say we will be getting one in the future. The car was incredibly clean and had a full tank of gas when I picked it up. Everything feels very premium and well designed. Rent it if you can!

This was my first time using Turo and I couldn’t have asked for a better host. The entire rental experience was smooth and easy. Ramit was very responsive, flexible and super nice. Fantastic service, some of the very best. Highly recommend renting from S&D. My car had a slight issue and they were able to come and swap out the cars right away, when my outbound flight changed, they were also able to accomodate my new drop-off destination. Will absolutely book again with them.

I rented regularly from Budget during pandemic but tired of escalating rates and indifferent customer service. This was the first time I rented from Turo and I was nervous about it. It works fine. S&D host representative Maribel is hardworking, efficient and delightful. The connections worked. The car is in good shape, suited my purpose and drove well. I will rent again from Turo next weekend.

Kent was absolutely amazing!! He was so flexible and accommodated us for slightly late pickup of the car as we had to squeeze in an attraction that was only open that morning for us to make it work. He also was flexible to pickup the car the night before that saved us some money for parking that car in expensive decks downtown San Francisco. At the start of trip Kent spent so much time patiently walking us through Tesla controls as this was the first time I was driving Tesla. The car was clean and amazing and made the trip very safe and enjoyable for us despite a rain storm that we had to drive through to Monterey. Kids loved it and fell in love with the car. The falcon doors are awesome on the car. Kent was awesome with communication and always replied to our questions very promptly. We highly recommend that you rent from him. Next time we are in San Francisco we know who to call first to book the car. Overall our experience with Turo was phenomenal and I don’t think I’ll go back to renting car from rental companies. Thank you Kent for being so nice to us!!

Semo made the process easy. He dropped the car at our hotel in SF and picked it up at SFO on our way out of town. And the Macan Turbo was a great ride for our trip from SFO down to Carmel By The Sea. A strong mix of power and handling with enough size to give us some flexibility. Great experience.

I had a wonderful trip and overall experience with this car! Austin was extremely prompt with communication and during the pick up as well. Bonus is that he also has a dedicated garage spot and you don’t need to circle around the streets looking for parking.

Daniel is the consummate host! As first time Turo users, we had some trepidations about the process. Our concerns were immediately pacified by Daniel. The car was spotless, delivered to the SFO with clear instructions on how to retrieve and return it. Communication was instantaneous and timely when we had questions. Daniel’s flexibility was key as we opted to extend our visit by one day. He was accommodating and gracious as we made the decision to stay in SF longer. We will definitely rent from Daniel again, and encourage you to do the same—Excellent experience overall!

Very easy contactless pick up and drop off. Susanna was very professional and flexible. Really liked that car has phone magnet and hand sanitizer in it. Car itself is pretty old but it does the job :) I recommend to rent from Susanna.
