Dammy was also very accommodating when we needed to extend our rental for an extra hour, which we really appreciated. The van fit all 12 passengers comfortably along with all of our luggage, making it perfect for our trip. Everything was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. The rental process went well and the host was easy to deal with. Vehicle had a missing trim and minor blemishes. It was well cared for and maintained. It fit our party well and had plenty of room. Absolutely made our trip!! We had friends visiting from out of town and the van was the perfect addition to ensure we could all go places together. The 2017 Ford Transit that we rented was nice, clean, and in very good condition. This vehicle is excellent on gas. Even with the high gas prices now, the Ford Transit ran a long ways before we had to refill on fuel. Mr. Isaiah is a very nice person with great customer service. The previous person I was renting from, vehicle was not ready at rental time. Mr Isaiah was there to save our trip!. Anyone needing a Transit vehicle, I highly recommend renting from Mr. Isaiah. I most definitely will rent from him again.

Van rental was easy with multiple videos showing how to utilize the wheelchair strap down. Sophia was great to deal with. (5 stars) Turo website and app are TERRIBLE (0 stars) Even though I have used Turo in the past, every logon required me to call customer support to get out of Verification hell. Codes were never sent to my phone or email. Get your act together Turo!

If you're hesitant because this is a newer listing, don't be. This was one of the best Turo experiences we've had. The Transit van was spotless, exactly as pictured, and incredibly comfortable to drive and ride in. It handled beautifully on our trip, and there was plenty of storage space behind the seats for all of our luggage and gear. What really stood out was the host. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. Every message was answered quickly, and when we had a minor issue during the trip, he handled it immediately and professionally. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. The only thing that caught us off guard was that the gas fill location is by the driver's side door, so we had to look it up. That's not a complaint at all—just a helpful tip for future renters. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. The van was fantastic, the host was phenomenal, and we wouldn't hesitate to rent from him again. Highly recommend this rental to anyone considering it.
