Best car rental experience I've had. Cody was incredibly responsive and attentive in all of our engagements, and the 4Runner was very clean and well maintained. My family flew into Idaho Falls for a week long Yellowstone vacation. Cody met us at the airport and was there waiting ahead of our arrival, so it was a fast and easy pickup experience. Dropping off the 4Runner at the end of our trip was just as quick and easy. I'd definitely book with Cody again and highly recommend booking with him if you're looking for an awesome rental experience.

It was my first time using Turo and to be honest it was the best experience. Leslie’s car was very clean and well taken care of. We were very happy we chose this car over others because during our trip it snowed and we are from Miami so we were freaking out a bit about how to drive in the snow. Thankfully, the Evoque is one of the best to drive in the snow and we felt very safe in it. The moon roof is a huge plus especially if you’re visiting mountains. If I had anything negative to say would just be that we booked a week long for the car and it says if you do you get free delivery. When I reached out to Leslie - she mentioned it wouldn’t qualify because I’m turning it in an hour early and would have to rent it out for an additional hour to be able to qualify. I thought that could of been worked with especially since it was only one hour. We just took an Uber and it was cheaper. Other than that, Leslie was a great host - very communicative and quick to respond.

Everything was great with the Jeep and Nathan and is wife, Kim, were outstanding and great to deal with. We enjoyed our trip and were very pleased with our choice! If you're looking to have a great time in many of the National Parks and places to go around that area, I highly recommend choosing Nathan and his Jeep Wrangler.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had on Turo. Leslie was accommodating and very communicative. The Range Rover was spacious and easy to drive, plus it’s a nice looking SUV. We had a great time with it and would recommend it to anyone needing reliable transportation.

I flew into and out of the Idaho falls airport. The vehicle was ready in the parking lot. Clean! Nice! Fun vehicle! The bronco is hard to find. We got complements on everywhere we went on our trip. When we were done with our trip we cleaned and fueled the vehicle and left it at the airport. Huge fan of contactless delivery and pickup. Mtn West was great at communicating as well. Always responded within a few minutes whenever I had a question. Great service and great experience. Will use this company again when I’m in the area.

First time using Turo. Was a bit skeptical but I found Tanner’s ad for a nice clean Jeep at a fair price combined with many favorable reviews. And then I saw that he runs it as a business under Mtn. West Adventures which gave me more confidence that this would be a professional experience. Easy communication with Tanner. The Jeep was delivered on time as scheduled. It was clean and performed perfect. The entire process was through the Turo app and the key was in a lockbox on the Jeep when we arrived at the airport (no in person meet up). It was the perfect vehicle for our vacation around the mountains. I will definitely use him again next time I’m in the area.

5 stars all around. The car itself was very clean, new, and had all the bells and whistles. Even driving through Yellowstone, Teton, and Jackson, I didn't have any range anxiety and found the car actually consistently got more range than what was stated. I charged the car only twice overnight (once in west Yellowstone and once in Jackson, for free I might add) and spent several days driving through both parks. Denis was awesome as well! He was flexible with both pickup and return, included a couple of bottles of water and tissues with the car, as well as a wealth of information about the area. He was even worried enough about charging capabilities that he purchased a Tesla adapter so this car can use Tesla destination chargers. He clearly cares a lot about not only the car but those who rent it. Would happily rent from Denis again if in the area!

This is a really fun suv to drive. It was perfectly cleaned and well taken care of. Seemed like a brand new car. Taylor was very hospitable and super easy to work with. Over all a great experience.

The Jeep was in good shape, Mtn West made it easy for us to find the vehicle at the airport and access the vehicle. Only thing that could have been better was a tutorial on how to keep Apple play from taking over the radio when my phone was charging, lol We will use them again if we return

Perfect ease: car was waiting at the airport, clean and ready to go. I had bought both car seat additions and requested a certain configuration- Tanner delivered! I was worried the car would be too small, but it was perfect. Loved the bucket seats and amazing gas mileage.

Awesome guy, great rental! I just had some issues with the Touro app The start time is unchangeable once you go past the reservation time As a corporate pilot my clients are 90% late.

The SUV was in great condition and perfect for my family of 5 with way too much luggage. Joshua is an excellent communicator and responded quickly to a change I had to make with my pick up location. I recommend!

Thank goodness for Clayton! Our other Turo had to cancel on us last minute and thankfully Clayton was able to swoop in and let us take his wheels at the last second for a whole week! He was very communicative and his SUV was just what we needed!
