Volvo rental in Edinburgh

I was in need of a larger car for a school graduation and luibov's Volvo was a great choice! Pretty competitive price for two days compared to similar SUV listings. Pretty good mileage for a large vehicle, also hybrid which helps some too :) Host was great as well, would rent again!

This was a fabulous rental. It was so easy to pick up in short-term parking when I exited the airport upon landing. The car was here waiting, I did not have to take the shuttle to the Rent-A-Car facility. It was so fast. I was able to pop my luggage in the car and get on the road. The car is a beautiful color and out. It's in perfect condition. It felt like I was driving a brand new car off the lot. Worked well with my Apple CarPlay, I had no trouble navigating. Quiet smooth ride excellent gas mileage. Communication was excellent. I can highly recommend this car as a rental option next time you're in Philadelphia!

Mohammed made the rental very simple. He is reliable and flexible. We've rented from him twice now and each time has been a great experience. The vehicle was exactly what we needed. Volvo does a great job of making a vehicle that is very safe and performes as you need it to. As a bonus, (well, to be honest this was the main reason we chose to rent from Mohamed in the first place) we drive an XC90 at home and having this same vehicle on our vacation meant that I was very comfortable driving the mountain roads, parking it, and fitting all of our ski gear into the trunk. How much is it worth to not have to think about how to turn on the wiper blades when a truck passes you and it's now impossible to see? Since I already had the muscle memory, the vehicle was no longer an extra thing to figure out and driving wasn't any different than at home. This is something that the big rental companies cannot offer. We'll be renting from him again when we are back in the Calgray area.

He was very polite and reliable. The car was also very comfortable; you can rent a car from them without hesitation.

This trip was far beyond my expectations! Needed to rent a car in an emergency, and Clint went out of his way on Christmas Day during dinner time to throw me the keys and send me on my way. In the best way possible, renting this car was like borrowing a car from a friend. Clint is kind, responsive, and easy going. The vehicle was kept super clean and tidy--I felt so comfortable, and ready to drive, nearly instantly. The car itself is incredible. Have never driven a Volvo, and this one did the brand a huge service. Easily understood controls, CarPlay and Bluetooth options. Had no trouble navigating how to drive, felt like second nature. This was my first time renting from Turo after seeing many advertisements. Figured “let’s go on adventure”. I travel a ton- economy is important to me but I’m also a tad bougie so the opportunity to drive something other than your standard rental Kia appealed to me. Cheaper than an economy roller skate at budget car rental, this mature Volvo was an excellent option. All the bells and whistles you really need (leather, touch entry, a windshield phone mount, seat heaters in a Wisconsin winter, duh) and none you don’t. Ran great, smelled like new car scent, super clean. Solid vehicle for a great price. Best part? ZERO actual human contact with excellent text responsiveness. Key in the lock box gets you in and out with no verbal exchange (that is a blessing after a long flight, you don’t want to talk to me either), no wait, no mix ups at the counter. Just picking up/dropping off from short term parking like it was your own car but better.

SUV was perfect. Clean, with all the modern amenities. Seat massager was a much needed perk for the long drive. Host was accommodating with some last minute changes in reservation. Pickup was smooth and quick. The SUV was so comfortable I looked up pricing on new/used. I'll definitely look to the XC90 when looking for new car. I'd highly recommend and would definitely rent from host again.

Great experience renting from Igor! The Volvo was excellent, spacious, safe, and packed with features that made my trip easy and comfortable. Booking and communication were smooth, and the car was ready when I arrived. Returning it was just as hassle-free. For the quality of the vehicle, the price was very reasonable. Had a great time with the Volvo. Plenty of room for the family and all our stuff. The car was clean and well maintained as well, no mechanical issues or service needed during the trip. Host was very nice and had excellent communication throughout the trip. Its an older model and has some slight wear due to the age of the vehicle but nothing major and all features like A/C, sun roof, Bluetooth etc... all worked with no issues. It only takes premium gas and with current gas prices its a little more costly than most other vehicles on Turo but for short to mid distance trips I highly recommend. Looking forward to renting from this company again in the future.

The pickup instructions were clear and my host Darwin was on standby past midnight to be sure we got the car and on our way. We picked the car up at 11.45pm arriving on a late flight. Darwin remains responsive when we encountered some user issues which was resolved almost immediately next morning on a Sunday when we had to move out. The car was very clean, better than some of the car rental companies we tried. The car is amazing for icy long drives at the Rockies in this cold weather. Heated seats are most welcome. Highly recommend this car for families and those travelling with multiple luggages. We had the car for 4 days and having a friendly and responsive host really makes a difference. This is my 2nd time using Turo and will continue to support.
