Went above and beyond to make entire trip easy and stress free. Pick up and drop off the airport was in person, for our convenience. Was the only car available at short notice when our previous reserved car was denied to us at the last minute. Host brought the car directly to us and informed us of a comfortable place to wait while we were stranded. We experienced a flat tire, likely due to the potholes and low shoulders of the roads. Host was very helpful navigating how to repair it. Car functioned perfectly, and got excellent gas mileage. Complimentary bottle of single malt scotch was final exceptional touch.. Would definitely rent again.
Without a doubt one of the best Turo experiences I've ever had. Robert was an exceptional host from start to finish, friendly, professional, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. Communication was effortless, and he made both collection and return completely seamless. The green BMW convertible was absolutely stunning. It arrived in immaculate condition, drove beautifully, and turned heads everywhere we went. Whether cruising through scenic roads or simply enjoying the top-down experience, the car made the trip truly memorable. Robert clearly takes immense pride in both his vehicle and the experience he provides. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. I wouldn't hesitate to book with him again and would highly recommend both Robert and his beautiful BMW convertible to anyone looking for a first-class Turo experience. Great little car for our trip! We had no issues and pick up and drop off was easy. Just ask the host for the pick up address to find the exact house. They were very responsive. I brought a usb to usbc cord to use carplay with my iphone and had no problems. Car was delivered clean with a full tank of gas.
