Smooth transfer of the car and communication with the rental, who was available for any questions. The car has already some miles behind it, but overall was the trip smooth and we travelled 500 miles around the Scottish Highlands without any problems.
We had a wonderful day exploring the highlands because we were able to rent a car from Shahzad! He was wonderful to communicate with. We had some difficulty working the hybrid style, as it is different than what we were used to, and he called within minutes to help us. I would absolutely rent from him again!

Nigel is the best Turo host out there. Car was exceptionally clean and mechanically sound. Thank you for the tips and letting us experience your beautiful country the way it was meant to be!

Used this car for our 9 day roadtrip around the Scottish highlands including isle of Skye, Edinburgh and glencoe. It was perfect. Great on gas, only filled up 3-4 times. And trust me we got our moneys worth in terms of mileage we moved around a lot. No problems at all. Small and compact for city parking, durable and perfect for what we needed. The host, Faz was extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of. Even helped us with our airport transport which was not necessary but much appreciated and clutch 🙏🏻 if we ever return to Scotland we’ll likely look to rent this car again.
Nigel and his car were wonderful. 10/10, will rent again when we visit Scotland.
A perfect, well-maintained little car. Excellent communication with Iryna, who is very reliable.

Car was really great, and the pick up was very smooth and easy. It was nice to meet the owner of the car and was very helpful!

We had a really great experience with Nigel and the car. Everything worked perfectly. Nifty little car that suited our needs. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Perfect! Easily the best car rental I've ever had in multiple countries. I'll never rent from the big companies again. Professional and kind.

Fantastic car and a great experience overall! The vehicle was spotless, very clean, comfortable, and clearly well looked after. It was a pleasure to drive, with excellent handling and plenty of space for both passengers and luggage. Connecting my phone to the car was quick and easy, and having navigation and other features directly on the screen made the whole journey much more convenient. Communication was also excellent throughout – easy, friendly, and straightforward. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend both the car and the host, and I would happily book again!

Absolutely fantastic, was a lovely person. Car was great. Did a lot of the NC500. Nothing wrong at all during the whole journey. Got us about 800+ miles and not a single hiccup! Thanks Gheorghe!

Great car with no issues. Easy pickup and drop off. Communication was great. Would highly recommend!

Car was in excellent condition. Kris is a great host and communicated very well. On time we flexibility for the return
It was great. Very good coordination and clear instructions. Car was good, enjoyed driving it.
The car was very easy and a pleasure to drive. The pick-up location ideal if you arrive by plane, which we did not, but that was no problem. Communication with Kahled was excellent. Highly recommended.

Car was great! Ryan was easy to communicate with and just generally wonderful and kind.

Absolutely—here’s your updated review with those details included: ⸻ We had a great experience renting this Mercedes E-Class through Turo. The car was comfortable, clean, and very fuel efficient, which made it perfect for our trip. It was spacious and drove smoothly, with helpful features like a proximity warning system and heated seats that made the drive even more enjoyable. The car was also thoughtfully equipped with useful extras including an air pump, tyre repair/flat kit spray, ice scraper, and other essentials, which gave us extra peace of mind on the road. One thing to be mindful of is that the car has low-profile tyres, and depending on the area you’re driving in, potholes can be a concern. We did unfortunately get a tyre puncture during our trip, but our host was extremely communicative and supportive throughout the process. He was flexible, understanding, and even accommodated a change in pick-up time and location, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience with both the car and the host. We would highly recommend and would be happy to rent again in the future.
Location to pick up was great, the gentleman that owns the car has been great and way to communicate with. Car was in good condition 🙂
