Excellent experience with Faisal and the Chevrolet Malibu. The car was in perfect condition, very comfortable for our trip to Niagara Falls — spacious, with Apple CarPlay that worked great for navigation all day. Faisal was very communicative and flexible with pickup and drop-off, responding quickly to all messages. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Martin is a pro for real, he already took pictures of the car before hand, the car was meticulously clean, instructions of pick up and drop off were so easy, Martin made sure to send detailed videos of how to access and exit the building. As for the car, I beleive its a 2026 model, smooth ride and comfortable on the road. Damn sure imma rent again from Martin, he deserves more than 5 stars

Huge thank you to Menelik for a really positive Turo experience. Check-in and check-out were both straightforward and easy. I’ll also say — I slept in and missed our original pickup time, and Menelik was completely understanding about it. He allowed me to extend the booking without any fuss, and it was smooth sailing from there. The only minor thing I’d flag is that the interior was a little dusty and grimy when I picked it up, and the seats could use a shampooing to help with the cars odour — nothing major, and I was able to quickly sort it out myself once I got the car. It wouldn’t stop me from booking again or giving five stars. The car itself is great — very easy on gas and a dream to park around Toronto, which as a city driver is a genuinely huge bonus. Would absolutely recommend Menelik as a host. Will be back!

Pickup/drop off was very easy, Mahmoud was very communicative and fast at responding. I’m 6ft tall and there are a lot of seat settings which make the car very comfortable. I’m pretty sure the key we were given was the spare key and was not a fob, so the car had to be unlocked manually and the alarm would sound until the engine was started - This is not really an issue at all, just commentary, it may be nice to have access to the fob key in future! This vehicle is *very* good on gas, my experience driving it was great! Would rent again. Thank you!
