Mazda rental in Toronto, ON

This was my first time using Turo. It was a good experience booking with Azzan. His Mazda 3 perfectly met my expectations and needs of having to drive from home to work daily. The car was clean, well maintained and was economical on gas. The contactless check in and check out method was great and easy. The host was available to respond to messages. All in all a good experience working with the host Azzan and the car. Will surely use him again. However I have to comment about how I was very displeased with the way Turo supervisors handled my reservation change. Firstly it’s hard to get on phone to one of them. The supervisor who dealt with my case the first time seemed to have no customer service problem solving or empathy skills, despite the reasons for change very evident and me giving them the opportunity to rebook. I believe someone at an escalation level should be able to find the right solution and not frustrate a first time client with potential for future bookings. Sadly even the hosts don’t have much control over such situations as it’s Turo who control the host and guest. rent a car

Love renting Mazdas from Ahnaf. Cars are always cleaned, alignment is perfect, gas tank always full when picking up. It’s the little things like this that makes me rent over and and over. Sends minimal messages during the trip which allows me to enjoy the journey. A true legend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can’t begin to express how great it was to book with Zuboraj. The process was very smooth and tasteful. The car was very clean and runs very well. I was nervous but once chatting with the host it was all good. He followed instructions well and was punctual. The Host was very professional through message, phone calls and in person. I would recommend this Mazda and I’m excited to be using it again in a few weeks.
