From the start he was incredibly communicative, and made sure I had all the information I needed before pickup and responded quickly to any questions I had. Before leaving, I had troubles with the CarPlay, and he spent extra time with me to help connect it to my phone, and got the additional cords needed for connection. He was kind and genuinely helpful throughout the entire rental process, which made everything feel easy and stress-free for my 25th! The car was exactly as described, clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly for my trip. One thing I commented on was how smooth the braking system is. I’ve driven many cars and the cars brakes were very quick and felt very safe on the road. Everything worked out exactly as planned with no surprises or issues. Another thing I especially appreciated was that he included a few extras in the price at no additional cost, like additional kilometres, extra time to drop the car off, and a decent amount of gas at pickup. It was a thoughtful gesture that really showed he cares about providing a great experience for his renters. It’s clear that he takes pride in what he does and values his customers. I was nervous at pickup and he made everything easy and quick. In and out in under 10 minutes (and that’s just because of my CarPlay issue). I felt confident and well taken care of from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from him again without hesitation and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and an outstanding rental experience.
