The car was great and the host was great I will rent again in the future

Host was mazing helping get where I needed to go urgently. Without him, I would not have made on time. Car was clean and in good condition

I dont agree with the owner how he handles things. I got there l took an uber to pick up the vehicle and he had the car parked at a school parking lot unattended. Its winter time he had keys locked inside l am messaging were is the keys and he asks me to resend my drivers license meanwhile l cant even hold anything now. So either the owner waits at the car or provide a better location not a place surrounded with mountains of snow

A readable driver’s license is required 24 hours before trip start; you chose to not submit it until you arrived at pick up location
