The car is really disappointing. It has no GPS and NO Apple CarPlay. This is completely different from the description.
I booked at 6pm and told him exactly where i were, the owner came late 40 minutes, i came to the parking spot instead and i need to pay for parking even i came early and waited for him.

You were very hard to get hold of. After calling you a couple of times when I was less than 7 to 10 minutes away -
As you know, it’s airport drop off
- I can not stand around waiting to hear from you, besides I had no idea where you where
Besides that Turo strictly requires me to go in the parking lot for the guest to locate the car
The parking fee, I told you to contact Turo - I’m assuming they must have walked you through how it works!
