Huge thank you to Menelik for a really positive Turo experience. Check-in and check-out were both straightforward and easy. I’ll also say — I slept in and missed our original pickup time, and Menelik was completely understanding about it. He allowed me to extend the booking without any fuss, and it was smooth sailing from there.
The only minor thing I’d flag is that the interior was a little dusty and grimy when I picked it up, and the seats could use a shampooing to help with the cars odour — nothing major, and I was able to quickly sort it out myself once I got the car. It wouldn’t stop me from booking again or giving five stars.
The car itself is great — very easy on gas and a dream to park around Toronto, which as a city driver is a genuinely huge bonus.
Would absolutely recommend Menelik as a host. Will be back!

Pet hair is a strange one as I don't believe a pet has ever been in this car to my knowledge, but I will do better, apologies.
Low tire pressure wasn't an issue when the ride began, unfortunately lights come on from time to time and it was resolved immediately after. Thank you for the feedback.
