Vysakh was such a great communicator from the start. Unfortunately my plane was delayed AND I hadn’t been able to do the 24hr license check as I was flying from Australia (NB Aussies - remember to do it during layover!) so he had to cancel the trip and leave Heathrow after waiting for me for over an hour… he then let me rebook again when I landed at the same price! He then let me drop off again at Heathrow for free and met me at 6.45am. What a legend! Car worked totally fine, pleasant to drive… it was quite zippy when not too loaded up with people and stuff. It even has a reverse parking camera! Highly recommend this car and its owner 😊
