I made my reservation 6 months ago and said that I would travel to the EU from the UK and never was told I needed permission from Turo go to France. I was called 10 hours before my trip to France that I needed permission. That permission was denied and I had to drive 5 hours round trip to give the back to the host in London. HORRIBLE!! This something that should have been requested MONTHS ago. Why Turo waited until 10 hours before my departure to tell me is UNACCEPTABLE!!

The host is very responsive and the car were great. The car wasn’t clean but the host took responsibility and the 5 day trip was great. Will do it again.
