I had an excellent experience renting Max’s Honda Accord. The car itself was in amazing condition. It was clean, smooth to drive, and clearly well maintained. It made the whole trip comfortable and worry free. What really stood out, though, was Max’s customer service. He genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are taken care of. From start to finish, he was responsive, professional, and focused on making the experience as smooth as possible. You can tell he truly cares about customer satisfaction and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything meets your expectations. Literally overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience. I’d absolutely rent from Max again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and top tier service.

My first experience with this platform, and it was a great one! Car appeared to be brand new, there were cellphone cables and a cold water waiting for me. Excellent communication. Very economical, yet had great pickup when needed. Would definately rent again!

The Van served our families purposes capably. What really stood out was Illia as host. We encountered a family emergency just days before our trip was scheduled. I reached out to Illia and he worked with me to make several accommodations that truly went above and beyond. Illia is an outstanding host and I highly recommend him and his van.
