I had a very good experience with this rental. The car was clean, well maintained, comfortable, and very easy to drive. Everything worked perfectly, and the vehicle was in excellent condition throughout the trip. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with from the beginning until the end of the booking. The pick-up and drop-off process was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was kind enough to help with airport pick-up and drop-off as well, which made the entire experience even more convenient. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed the trip and would definitely book again in the future. I highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a reliable car and a friendly, professional rental experience.

The BMW was a great car. Super clean, easy to pick up at YYZ with detailed instructions, great on fuel and the perfect size. Chang even accommodated an alternate drop off which made it all the better and easier for us. Great experience would total rent again from Chang.
Nice car, easy pickup and very flexible. However, it was not communicated prior to trip that we would have to accommodate him by picking him up before reaching our final destination to end our trip/drop off.
