Ivan’s van was perfect for our journey. Very clean and a quiet riding vehicle. We were able to hear each other’s stories while we were driving. Ivan was very quick in his responses. The car was amazing. It was very convenient to use, especially given the fact that we had a senior citizen who needed to use a wheelchair in our group, so it was easy for her to get on and grt off the car. It comfortably seats 9 adults while still having a good amount of trunk space and has all the necessary bells and whistles for a comfortable ride. The remote start and heating was a godsend when parking the car out side during the winter time. It was also very easy to get the car and return it so when we visit Toronto again, I will most likely check if I can rent this once more.

This has been a wonderful experience and a wonderful car to drive. It is spacious inside, more room then we needed for 3 including luggage. It handles well both in the city and on the highway. As this was my first rental with Turo I was nervous. The Care Tek Solutions team were wonderful to work with as well. They were patient and answered all my questions putting me at ease. Car quality was excellent. It was clean and very spacious. All the features are working great. Apple carplay, 2nd row mini tablet where you can watch your Netflix shows and youtube. It is a great car not only for family, but for friends too. We went from Toronto to Old Quebec and had no issues with the car. The host was very genuine and accommodating. He was easy to reach whenever we had any questions. He was also very flexible with the timings of pick ups and drop offs which was super convenient if you have unprecedented time constraints. He’s also willing to offer some deals for extensions at a reasonable price because he prioritizes clients’ enjoyment of their trip. Overall, we loved the car and the service that we received. I highly recommend him!
