Unfortunately, this was one of the worst vehicle experiences I’ve had on Turo. The reverse camera did not work at all — I was told it “freezes sometimes,” but during my entire 3-day trip it never turned on once. The right blinker was also not functioning, which is a serious safety concern.
The wireless connectivity/features were completely messed up as well, and only the left-side speakers were working. On top of that, the screen/dashboard would shake violently when driving around 110–120 km/h on the expressway, making the drive feel very unsafe and uncomfortable.
Overall, the vehicle was clearly not maintained properly, and I would not recommend renting it in this condition.
Hey the the blinker light bulb died during your trip and is now replaced. also when you told us about the blinker issue we offered you to cancel the trip and offer full refund instead you chose to keep the car. Welcome to book again anytime!
