This was my best experience with Turo or any car rental company. Alexander met us at departures, saving us the 30 minutes to an hour to get to the rental car company, go through the usual Collision damage waiver, other contracts, etc., and handed over the keys in less than five minutes. The car had 100,000 km but performed excellent without any issues for the weather in Montreal, we had all the washer fluid we could need given the snow and freezing rain, which if you’ve been to Canada in the winter, you know is essential. Upon return, he was 25 minutes early, waiting for us at departures. I would definitely rent from him again on future trips. We received no incentive or coupon for this review.

Great car. Lots of space. Very comfortable. We were 5 with 5 large suitcases. They fit easily. Elio was very flexible and helpful with the drop off and pick up. Highly recommended!
