I had a great experience renting the Honda CR-V Hybrid. It was very fuel-efficient, which helped save a lot on gas during our trip. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and reliable, making our journey enjoyable. The owner's service was excellent, friendly, professional, and made the rental process smooth and hassle-free. The only downside was the parking situation. When we parked at an inn instead of a hotel, the receptionist warned us that the area was a common target for vehicle theft especially Honda CRV and Toyota RAV4. Fortunately, nothing happened to us, but it’s something future renters should keep in mind. If possible, park in a secure, well-lit area or at a hotel with monitored parking. Overall, I highly recommend renting the Honda CR-V Hybrid for its fuel economy and comfort, along with the excellent service provided.

The blind spot monitor electronics weren't working when I picked the car up but that doesnt affect me as much as it might someone else. Didn't have a single issue during my trip. Would rent again!

Brijesh was a fantastic host and the car was immaculate. He was flexible with our travel plans, allowing me to pick up the car downtown (and even dropping it off right at our hotel!) then return it to the airport when we were leaving (again, someone was right there at the terminal to collect it). I would have appreciated the trip better if the car had been cleaned thoroughly. It was very dirty in and out which I mentioned to Jeremy. Dirty carpet/ mats , dead bugs in the windshield and the front of the car. Interior windshield thick film etc. Please take the time to clean the car before you rent it.
