Peng has the best customer service I have ever had from a host! She treated us like royalty, she brought the vehicle to our arriving terminal, helped with our bags and even left the heater on to make sure we were warm. The car was very clean, reliable, great mileage and Peng has awesome communication and truly cares about her guest! Would definitely recommend and book with her again!
