I had a great experience renting the Honda CR-V Hybrid. It was very fuel-efficient, which helped save a lot on gas during our trip. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and reliable, making our journey enjoyable. The owner's service was excellent, friendly, professional, and made the rental process smooth and hassle-free. The only downside was the parking situation. When we parked at an inn instead of a hotel, the receptionist warned us that the area was a common target for vehicle theft especially Honda CRV and Toyota RAV4. Fortunately, nothing happened to us, but it’s something future renters should keep in mind. If possible, park in a secure, well-lit area or at a hotel with monitored parking. Overall, I highly recommend renting the Honda CR-V Hybrid for its fuel economy and comfort, along with the excellent service provided.
Serge was a big help after my other host cancel my trip middle of the night. I booked Serge at 02:30am and the car was delivered to me at 10:30am. Communication was fast and efficient. The vehicle was very good on gas, a lot better than expected and it still drives nicely for an older vehicle. He also accomodated us for the drop off. I’m above satisfied with the overall experience and would rent Serge car again.

He was flexible with our travel plans, allowing me to pick up the car downtown (and even dropping it off right at our hotel!) then return it to the airport when we were leaving (again, someone was right there at the terminal to collect it).
