This was my first experience using Turo, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the platform’s security filters and account requirements—something every vehicle owner would appreciate.
As for the vehicle, the quality was excellent. It was super clean, fully functional, and a perfect choice for a family of 6–7, especially for road trips.
Communication at pick-up was a bit challenging, but the owner made sure the return process was smooth and easy—and it truly was. I really appreciate that.
I totally recommend the 2023 Pacifica!
