Seamless rental process, good communication, convenient pickup location and car drove great, was exactly as advertised, definitely recommend.
The lot location is more convenient to the airport rental car center, and the pick-up and return processes were a breeze.
It was essentially the same process as renting a car from the rental car center at the Vegas airport except you avoid having to wait in line at the counter.
I was a little nervous about the pick up and drop procedure since I had to bus to the rental center and then walk to the remote lot.
No issues, great communication, and helped me move our pick up time and location.
The car matched the description perfectly, the host was exceptionally communicative, promptly answering all my questions and providing helpful tips throughout the rental process.
The conventional car rental companies did not have any cars and they really saved our day by delivering the car on the day we reserved it.

Navigating a large SUV rental in Las Vegas requires patience and careful maneuvering. When entering parking garages, note your vehicle's height and choose appropriate levels. Use your SUV's parking assist features, if available, to help with tight spaces. Take it slow in crowded areas, using your mirrors and backup camera frequently. Consider parking farther from casino entrances where spaces might be larger and less congested. Practice parallel parking before your trip if you're not used to it. When possible, opt for valet parking at busy casinos to avoid the stress of finding a spot. Always be aware of pedestrians, especially on the Strip where crowds can be unpredictable. Lastly, familiarize yourself with your SUV's dimensions to confidently maneuver in tight spaces.
