Thai was very flexible with my date and time changes. Thai communicated very well and had fast response times. This Armada was very spacious, pretty good on gas and it drove nice. It was perfect for what my family needed this weekend. Even though the rental rate went up as I was entering my card info (almost double which may have been a Turo issue) I'm very pleased and would rent again.

My trip in this truck was very comfortable and I felt very safe driving in this truck. It was very straight forward from the beginning and I loved the fact they had options as to where to meet. I would definitely rent from them again if needed.

The car was one to drive. Quincy was exceptional as far as a host is concerned. It was definitely an easy and pleasant transaction.

MarQuan was very responsive and did a great job communicating. The Tiguan is peppy and fun to drive but did pretty good on fuel economy.

Venu was by far the best Turo host I’ve had and none have given issues. Def will look for his bookings in the future. He allowed multiple extensions to fit my finances. The car was AMAZING to drive I literally fell in love with it. To the point if Venu cars are not available I will not rent from any other host.

I cannot express how amazing my experience was with this Jeep! It is my second time renting from Carlo and Jenn and once again the level of respect and communication and just being good people is through the roof! An absolute pleasure, the Jeep took good care of me and my girl while we were in Tahoe, and we happily conversed with fellow Jeepers. They even left a hair tie in the car, it’s the small acts of kindness and care like that, that go a long way! I look forward to next time! They seriously deserve more than “five stars!”
