This was my first car rental using this app, and by far, it is the best car rental service offered. Jorge is absoluting the best host to rent from! The vehicle I rented was in excellent condition, very well maintained, clean inside and out, and problem free!! In fact, it was much more than I was expecting for the price I paid!! 10/10 ! The entire experience of the trip was enhanced by a clean enjoyable car to drive. Ben was a great host and gave great directions where the car was located, and we were on our way! No waiting at the rental counter and guessing what we were getting into. Would definitely repeat if I return to the SLC area. There were a few other vehicles we were considering, but after looking at the reviews, we decided to get this Mustang. Glad we did! If you are looking at reviews, you know what I mean! There are people who know how to do things, and Ben and crew definitely do it right! Great communication from start to finish!
Jorge was wonderful to rent from! He was accommodating, helpful and made everything run smoothly! We ended up having to unexpectedly extend our trip by one day and he was quick to approve our extension, which was an absolute life saver. I would definitely recommend Jorge. The car was clean, drove well, great AC and awesome gas mileage! We will definitely rent from him again! My only suggestion is I do wish there were more option on return time pricing. To add a few hour extension cost the same as adding another full day. But I absolutely understand that may be out of his control. More of a suggestion than negative. Overall, exceptionally happy and will be back! Thanks Jorge!!
Easy car to use. In great condition. Daniel communicated well. I was able to take out more insurance from him and prepay for gas which was nice. The rental price was good. Only issue was the parking ticket at the airport was an additional $20 -the car was parked there 6 hours before my pickup time at a hourly rate.
Miguel was awesome to deal with. The unlimited car wash/vacuum makes keeping the car clean easy. Will deal with him again if we come back!
Amazing experience. I had several unexpected flight complications that required adjusting rental times multiple times. The flexibility and service was great. He was also willing to leave the car in the short-term parking lot for an additional fee which I really appreciated, instead of taking the shuttle. Amazing experience.
The car is clearly 2015 and the mileage shows. It's a little old but it works and it was perfect for a trip like mine.

Great car, considering the age of the car, it runs perfectly, so don’t worry about the age. Owner takes excellent care of the vehicle. Amazing fuel economy during my 7 days trip, I was averaging 42mpg. Overall feels and drives perfectly. Owner is quick to respond and friendly. Definitely renting again when coming back to SLC. Airport pickup is super easy too.
