All perfect, we had problems with the regular car rental companies, due to price and credit card requirements, booked through Turo Youseff was great quickly responded and delivered the car within an hour to the airport.

Great service very helpful and was able to help me change pick up time since my flight landed early. Drop off was wonderful as well. Car was great and economical.

Car was perfect for our needs and we appreciated that there were already phone charging cords plugged in. Pickup and delivery were quick and easy - right at the terminal, no long walk to the rental car place and then waiting forever in line like on a previous trip. I felt bad that we were 15 minutes late on the drop off after we took a wrong turn trying to get on the turnpike, but Elvance was very understanding. I will rent this car again if I ever come back.

Host was very accommodating, I Got early for my pick up time and he did not charge extra. The car was good and I did not have any problems.

Erlis (and his wife) was a great host. Communication and timeliness was consistent and reasonable. Erlis helped tremendously with an issue I was having and went above and beyond as a host to assure the issue was resolved. The Audi A3 was at a great price and drove very smoothly and the maitenance was up to date. Although I had just a one day reservation, I enjoyed the vehicle and the hosts. I would recommend to others to get the experience of a nice vehicle and great hosts. Hopefully, I will be a repeat customer.

This was a great rental experience. I had rented this car for almost a month due to being in on leave and needing something to get me around Long Island. Once in a while I had my three kids with me and we all fit comfortably. Our pick up was right at the terminal even though the rain caused delays but it wasn’t an issue for us and they helped load the bags into the car. The car had great mileage as I took it to and from NC from NY and averaged about 45 mpg. I didn’t have any issues with anything throughout the month- an uneventful trip is a good trip! The cruise control feature on the car is also amazing. Drop off was convenient at Newark. Overall would recommend this ride and rental experience.

Excellent Costumer service. Upon arrival the host was on time to meet me and throughout the trip the car ran in great condition with no issues and when it was time to drop off host was on time . I would definitely rent here again . Actually this makes me 2nd time .

Great rental experience with Nazim overall. Very good communication with clear pick up and drop off instructions. Car was great with provided phone chargers, phone holder, 2 water bottles and mini tissues, toll pass reader (renter pays tolls). Car has a wide trunk for 2 big luggage or 3 medium size with plenty of nooks to store loose items. Also very good on gas. I recommend renting from Nazim when landing in EWR and doing a road trip throughout east coast.

Great Rental… looks just like photos very clean car….drives well, auto locks and windows, cruise control, good brakes. Easy pick up and drop off. Highly recommend and would personally rent from Harleen again
