The car was fantastic, hosts were incredibly responsive, answered any questions within a very short time. The car did what I needed it to, got us around for three weeks. The car had some lights come on that I was unaware of before hand, and in talking tot he host they assured me they were just sensors that weren’t working, not actual mechanical problems. My only issue is with Turo, not with the host. I declined coverage because I have rental Coverage through my own insurance, and was still charged for that. Additionally I was charged for an “airport convenience fee”. When I searched for cars, I put the airport as my pickup and drop off location, and was given a “price including taxes and fees” which was just under $700. My final payment price ended up being over $1100, and a big chunk of that was the airport fee which was not disclosed at the time of booking.
No issues with the car and pickup whatsoever. Christin was a great host and responsive. Would definitely book her car again if we make another trip out of Utah!

This car and the Host was great. The car ran great, was clean and had a charging cord available for convenience. The only minor hiccup I ran into was the key not wanting to unlock or lock the car, but manually worked just fine. I let the host know they responded right away said they would get the battery checked for it. It was easy pick up and drop off. Would recommend to anyone.
