This was probably one of the best experiences we’ve had with Turo. Pierre was so pleasant and he made the transaction smooth and was very responsive. The car ran SO good. Overall, I had a great experience with this rental. I had the car for a week, and it drove really well. The interior was nice and comfortable, and the car was reliable throughout my trip. The speaker does sound a little blown out, and there were a couple of minor things here and there, but nothing that really affected my experience. Pickup was super smooth and easy with the lockbox, and returning the car was just as simple. I had no issues at all with the process. Overall, it was a good rental, and I would definitely rent this car again!
Words can’t describe how amazing Samner was. The absolute best Turo trip ever. I first rented his 25 Hyundai and I wanted to extend it, but it was already booked so he let me rent his 24 Hyundai and it was just as amazing. But through that process of renting his other car I had an emergency with my daughter and he was so amazing throughout the process till my reservation was complete. He showed me care and understanding while I was waiting for Turo so I could leave to the hospital were my daughter was. I have never got that type of care from anyone and it was so comforting and he was a blessing. I would recommend anyone to rent with Samner because you would get more than just an experience in a nice vehicle. If I need to rent another car again I will be looking for his vehicle. Literally the best I have ever gotten. Such good people. I really thank him for allowing me and my family to rent with him. Everyone needs to rent with him NOW..!!!

Great car! It drove super smooth and was extremely clean. I also really appreciated all the little details the host included, like a charger for Apple CarPlay and a phone holder, which made the trip even more convenient.
