Everything was exactly as expected or better. Yaru was very friendly, his car very clean and was perfect for my visit!

Bashar & Dmitry were professional, accommodating, & super chill to work with. This was my second time renting with them, I wish I could give more than a 5. They made my birthday a blast. This car is a real cruiser and it is the best thing I have ever driven. I don’t know if I can go back to my Honda after this....I wouldn’t rent from anyone else. It is well worth the $.

Jay and the team at Crown One Motorsports did a spectacular job turning a difficult situation that was not their fault into another good transaction. I rented a maserati from Crown One Motorsports, only to have my inbound flight to DC delayed over an hour. Jay's team left the car in the parking lot for me because I arrived more than 1 hour late for my scheduled pickup (the delay). I began driving the Maserati, but noticed that some of the little details (inflating all the tires properly) had not been done by whoever Crown One Motorsports uses to service their fleet of vehicles (AKA not Crown One's fault). Before I found out what had happened, I was obviously annoyed, and so this had the looks of a transaction that was going to end with me feeling dissatisfied. At the critical moment, Jay stepped up the plate, sent someone to pick up my Maserati, and I negotiated a very fair deal to have them bring me an even cooler car (I will let you call Jay and ask him what amazing cars he has currently) when they picked up the Maserati. After that, I had an absolutely amazing experience and Jay and his team even came to meet me personally. I run my own client-based business, and I can tell you that dealing with reasonable people is the key for both the customer and the business owner. Jay is that kind of guy. I will definitely be recommending Crown One Motorsports (And Turo) to anyone and everyone who is interested, while also planning my future car rentals in DC from Crown One. It may sound like I am being TOO nice to Jay, but that is simply a reflection of the way he handled what was admittedly a heated situation. Great job guys and congrats on winning the world series! Car is fun to drive and remarkably spacious as well. I’m 6,2 and I was comfortable for my three day trip. Zeke also gave it to us very clean.

This was my first time renting from Turo, and I will do so again! The rental process was smooth and works well with life logistics. Arranging for pickup and drop-off was easy to do. The use of the App to document vehicle condition is slick and much faster than traditional rental car companies. Jorge was easy to work with and communicated via the Turo App in a timely manner.

John was great! He picked me up at Dulles Airport at the agreed time, helped me get set up, and then let me go off! Return was very easy as well - we met up at the gas station close to the airport so I could refuel - then I handed the keys back to him, he dropped me off at the Terminal, and off I went. The car itself is a lot of fun! Easy to shift, easy to park in DC's cramped streets, and easy to get around in heavy traffic. I'd highly recommend anyone rent his car.

George is the absolute best. Absolutely no negative aspect of this rental. The car is perfect, every detail it seems George has thought of. If you have an opportunity to use George's vehicle dont hesitate. 5 stars....no 10 stars.

Better than expected. The pick up and return are far superior to that of any rental car agencies. No shuttles. All transfers took place at the entrance to the terminal. Fantastic.

My trip went great and I had no issues while renting this vehicle. The car was clean, in good condition, spacious, and great on gas. Chris was nice, easy to talk to and communicated well with me which made the pickup and drop off a breeze. I recommend this vehicle and will definitely rent from him in the future.

Wow what a ride. I’d never driven a Volt before and now I’m a believer. The right mix of tech, power, nice leather interior, and fuel economy. Roberts customer service was outstanding as he was very accommodating on pick up and drop off for my flight from Dulles. The pricing is great. I’ll be returning in late May and hoping to rent from Robert again!

The car was clean, new, and drove very well. Backup camera is always a plus and they had a iPhone car changer I was able to use which was very convenient. Katherine and her husband were very accommodating and flexible when it came to drop off and pickup at the airport. The communication was fast when I needed to extend the rental with no issues. I would defiantly rent from them again. Highly recommended.

Burke knows electric cars and lovingly walked me through the Model S, from the features and essential functions, to the history and reasons behind them. He is a consummate host, and would be the perfect experience for someone using Turo for the first time. He was also incredibly flexible and responsive. I had a sudden need for a car and he reached out moments after booking and made it so easy to get the car to me. I was floored by the service, and would book other things from him even if I wasn't jazzed about the car by itself. I am not joking. The car? It's my first Tesla and I made a point of taking it first. It put Tesla on the map and the exciting future of electric cars in the forefront of the car industry. I enjoyed every minute as it cuddled me in the comfy seats while I vigorously learned to drive cars in an all new way. Using the accelerator then exploiting the regenerative braking is a constant strategic battle between you and the road ahead. Plot your supercharger stations wisely! Burke was thorough in going over the best ways to always know where a nearby station is, and it was essential advice while I was in town for the funeral of my best friend, and needed to get around at a moments notice. All told, Burke and his Model S further cement my belief that Turo and Airbnb are the the best way to spend time away from home. Thanks, Burke.

I’d never driven any sort of electric or hybrid car before and didn’t know what to expect, but this volt is excellent! Smooth ride, great mileage when it “switches” to the gas tank, and really nice features. Robert was incredibly accommodating offering us pickup and drop off even when our flight was delayed coming in. All around great experience and easier than a big brand rental. Would recommend.

First time using Turo and was extremely pleased. Katherine made the vehicle exchange so easy. She has several vehicles that are with Turo which was handy because she had to swap out for another since the one I had registered needed a new battery or something. Katherine communicated this to me ASAP and swapped for another in same size and class. It was very clean and looked well cared for. Highly recommend especially for Dulles airport.

Raaj was a great host for this, his first Turo rental. The Model 3 was in great shape and drove amazing. He even offered to help via text with any questions about using the Tesla, which was not needed much but was very good to have for the few questions that came up. I thoroughly enjoyed using the car and Raaj was extremely easy to work with. A+!

Alex's bmw was perfect for my short trip. The car was spotless and he was on time for my pickup at IAD. Alex was also super flexible with my schedule as my trip plans changed slightly. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Shankadeep made this rental and absolutely sensational experience. He was clear about the pick up location and was flexible with time. Upon arrival, he gave a detailed demonstration of the Tesla and its advanced capabilities. Having the various option to charge the Tesla made me feel very secure in renting as I was weary of being near a charging port but Shankadeep was ready with the evgo adapter AND house charger. This car is the future. It comes fully stocked and equipped to enhance your entire experience. In the midst of 102 degree weather the ac is fully controlled by your phone making the heat a thing of the past. The auto pilot is equipped with the enhanced version making it a breeze to use. I was very surprised with the range of the car, you won’t drain the battery nearly as fast as you think you will. I rented the car for four days and used a super charger twice. I cannot rave about the technology in this car enough, the features and modes are abundant and unique. They ensure comfort as well as safety for all passengers. Thank you Shankhadeep very much. I cannot recommend renting this car enough. It will take any experience the extra mile. You will not regret a cent. Overall: 10/10 This car will make any experience better. Shankhadeep is a top tier person to rent from.

Bernis has a wonderful car. This Audi RS5 is super clean, fast, & very classy. She included hand sanitizer, bacterial wipes, etc for her guests inside which I didn’t use, but thought it was a nice gesture. Would def rent again. The 444 HP and the 443 lb-ft of torque is crazy.
