Claude was great at communicating and the car was great. Car is great on mileage and the small car was ideal for parallel parking even though there isn’t a rear view camera. I would recommend Claude’s to anyone!

Definitely recommend Claude & this car. PHENOMENAL on gas. Great for quick uturns, if you're visiting Baltimore this will be incredibly helpful. Flew in from BWI. Got to car via free & fast shuttle. A no contact exchange. Claude was easy to communicate with for the trip and allowed me to extend my rental when my trip plans changed. Also was accommodating when I arrived on a later flight than planned. Car was more spacious inside than it appeared. Just FYI, if using Bluetooth in car, it has a safety where you can't connect unless the car is stopped. When stopped all the options etc will appear.

Ryan was very responsive and flexible with pick up and drop off time which made logistics easy. As usual with Teslas, the car was super fun to drive.

They even had a car phone mount and charging cables set up already - so thoughtful. Being able to just pick up at BWI arrivals and drop off at BWI departures was very convenient. I rented the 2020 Dodge Challenger Red-eye Widebody Hellcat. Best rental ever! Not only did this fulfill a bucket list item for me, it also showed me that it's possible to get amazing customer service on Turo. I've rented many cars from Turo and this was my best experience by far. Bashar had the car ready on time, he was very responsive to my questions, the car was immaculate, he let me test out the full potential of this car and the car drove perfectly! Also wanted to mention something else about this host, Bashar. He drove 6 HOURS (3 each way) to resolve a misunderstanding we had. Who does that? Amazing. If you ever want to rent one of the fastest cars in the world, rent Bashar's Red-eye Widebody Hellcat!! Thanks again Bashar!

He was responsive and communicative every step of the way, worked with me on any questions or concerns I had, and even met up with me at the end of the trip to let me play with the Summon feature of his car. My first time renting a car that I have to pickup at a airport lot. Wasn't sure about it but it turned out to be very easy . Hop on the free shuttle to the lot five minutes away and enter code to get the keys. Sure beats the rental counter at a traditional car rental. Host also communicated well and made this first experience very smooth.

I must admit I was hesitant to rent due to no reviews but from start to finish my experience was great! Delivery to the airport, he even left money so I could get out the garage (I left the change in there for ya). He was very communicative and was understanding that I was running late due to traffic!
