Van was not great, sliding door rattled like crazy and when we picked up vehicle we sat for 45 minutes trying to get the car to cool down. The AC was just blowing hot air. When I contacted Sam he repeatedly said it worked fine yesterday. I asked for a different vehicle he said no. He said he was driving over to look at the vehicle but instead sent a man who was the "cleaner" and couldn't speak a word of English. I asked for refund and him and the van rental agency said to stop contacting them and contact Turo.
I had 11 people in the van and they all said there was something g wrong with the AC, a handful of times it just completely stopped working while driving and started pouring out hot air.
Terrible customer service, would go e 0 stars of I could.
