The vehicle was great for our needs. We travelled around the state in the van for two weeks. It was much easier handling and parking than expected. Having a high roof made loading and unloading gear a breeze for a tall person.
The only things that could improve is the fast charging capabilities, and sliding door sensor.
There were two low wattage USB ports that were functioning properly. The two higher wattage cigarette lighter ports did not have voltage at our time of use. The sliding door ajar sensor did chime intermittently on older pavement even when properly closed.
Overall these were minor inconveniences and we had a great easy experience.

Van was clean and exactly as described. Pickup from the light rail station next to SeaTac was very convenient and easy - highly recommended.
